Knowledge Base Search
You can customize the colors and add your own logo to integrate the Knowledge Base with your web site.
You can even restrict which users can access this page by location based on their IP Address.
You can customize the wording in this area to provide instructions about how to use the Knowledge Base.
You can also configure which search methods, fields and filters are available as well as the content displayed on the Results and Article pages.
For a basic search, enter keywords in Search For and click Search.
For an advanced search, change the default settings in sections 2 - 5.
To start a new search, click Defaults to reset the search parameters.

Use Quick Search to go directly to an article using the article number.
Use Quick Links to run a pre-defined search, such as a list of the most important articles.
